Chef Quang Tran is bringing his championship-winning “Duo of New England Lobster” home to Massachusetts for three exclusive prix fixe dinners at Cocolee, The Shawmut Inn and Nantucket Tap Room.
Tran, Executive Chef of Happy You’re Here Hospitality (HYHH), and Co-Chef Crystal Hovland were crowned the 2026 King of American Seafood at the Great American Seafood Cook-Off in New Orleans, where their Duo of New England Lobster earned top honors against chefs representing states from across the country.
Now, Massachusetts diners will have a rare opportunity to experience the winning dish for themselves. Each restaurant will host a special three-course prix fixe dinner featuring a starter, the competition-winning Duo of New England Lobster and dessert, with an optional beverage pairing also available.
